Aluzinc Steel Coil

Aluminum zinc silicon (GL) products are hot-dip aluminum (al55%), zinc (zn43.5%) and silicon (si1.5%) alloys on the surface of steel strip, with excellent corrosion resistance.

The hot-dip aluminum zinc alloy is successfully developed on the basis of hot-dip aluminum plating and hot-dip galvanizing technology. It not only has the excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance of aluminum plating products, but also has the excellent electrochemical protection of galvanized steel products, so that the incision and scratch are not easy to corrode and rust.

The surface of the aluminum zinc plated steel plate is smooth, flat and gorgeous with silver white as the base color. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of aluminized zinc plate can reach 25A, with good heat resistance, which can be used in 315 ℃ high temperature environment; the adhesion between coating and paint film is good, with good processing performance, which can be used for stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; the surface conductivity is very good.

Its main advantages are as follows

(1) It has smooth surface and excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. Its corrosion resistance life is 2-6 times longer than that of hot dip galvanized steel;

(2) It has good heat resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be used at 300 ℃ for a long time. It can be used at 500 ℃ for a long time. It has good water resistance and soil corrosion resistance. Its water corrosion resistance is better than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet and hot-dip galvanized sheet. Its soil corrosion resistance is better than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet. It is an ideal material for making corrosion-resistant devices such as automobile muffler, exhaust pipe, grain dryer and water heater, The thermal reflectance of the product is higher than 75%, which is twice of that of galvanized sheet;

(3) It has excellent coating property and processing property. Because of its strong adhesion to organic materials, it is a good choice for color organic coated steel substrate. Its processability and weldability are similar to that of hot-dip galvanized sheet. It can be processed by cold bending and stamping, and has a good appearance.
